Embarking on the trek from Bukit Lawang to Banda Aceh, or vice versa, usually spans 7 to 8 days. However, we highly recommend allocating 8 days for a more leisurely and enjoyable experience. This extended timeframe allows for moments of relaxation and exploration amidst the challenging jungle terrain, ensuring you can fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings without feeling rushed.

Solo Travellers: You can either join an existing group if available or choose an individual trek (in that case, we have to charge an extra fee – thank you for your understanding)

The different campsites in the jungle offer basic shelters that protect you from rain and mosquitoes, and include a kitchen for cooking food and boiling river water to refill your bottles. These facilities provide essential rest and safety during your jungle adventure.
