Hicimos el tour con Fair Jungle Tours y no podríamos estar más contentos. Lo pasamos genial, fue una experiencia súper especial y muy bien organizada. Se nota que hacen las cosas con cariño, profesionalidad y con muchísimo respeto por la naturaleza. Quiero darles las gracias especialmente a Nuria, Dion y su hermano, que hicieron que todo fuera todavía mejor. Fueron amables, atentos, divertidos y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos en todo momento. Highlight of Asia As a solo traveller they really made me feel a part of the family! The tour was excellently planned including accommodation and transportation from the airport! Communication before hand was also outstanding! The tour was amazing and I was so lucky to see multiple types of monkeys on a 1 day trek, and then followed by a fun raft back. I would highly recommend for anyone, the whole thing was one massive highlight! Already planning my next trip!

Incredible experience! It is an incredible experience that I recommend to people who want to get to know Indonesia in its purest form, not only Bali and its beaches. From minute one the treatment has been wonderful, Sandy and Dion have been the best guides we could have, making everything incredible. Very grateful for having been able to live those days by your hand. The experience in the jungle... I have no words to describe what my eyes saw those days. I will never forget it. This has remained forever engraved in my heart! Thank you very much for everything 🙂

Excelente Fui sola a realizar 3 días de trekking. Y ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, Nuria y Dion todo el tiempo pendiente de mí y que estuviera bien. He podido ver todos los monos y orangutanes estos dos días, la recomiendo muchísimo esta empresa. Y siempre respetando la naturaleza y a los animales. El guía, Dion y su hermano, todo el tiempo cuidando de mí durante la ruta y muy simpáticos.

Mit Herzen weiterzuempfehlen Wir haben die 3 Tages Jungle Tour gemacht und waren mehr als glücklich mit der Entscheidung. Der Kontakt war super easy, mit Nuria konnten wir über Whats App alles organisieren, sie war uns sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen und super freundlich. Die Abholung im Hotel und wieder zurück hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Tour war einfach der Hammer, unsere Guides Dion und sein Bruder die direkt von Bukit Lawang kommen waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns alle Fragen zur Tour und Jungle erklärt, haben uns sicher durch den Jungle geführt und ein gutes Auge für die Tiere gehabt. Auch wurde darauf geachtet wie unsere Konditionen sind und danach wurde der Weg ausgewählt. Es wurde sehr auf die Natur und die Tiere geachtet und das immer alles mitgenommen wurde und kein Müll zurück blieb. Das Essen war immer frisch, abwechslungsreich und es gab immer frisches Obst für zwischendurch. Die Übernachtungen waren an einem Fluss an dem man sich abkühlen konnte. Alles in einem eine wirklich sehr schöne Tour. Mit Herzen weiterzuempfehlen

Jungle Fam March 2026 - Sumatra experience We had an awesome 2D1N with Dion and Sandi in the jungle. The trek was great, the food was delicious and we really had a great experience. This was a family trip with hikers of different ages and we really enjoyed ourselves plus the views, seeing the animals and getting to ask all the questions we had about the jungle, Indonesia and life in Bukit Lawang. Next time we would probably like to do a longer trip to see more and really get into the nature vibes!

Perfekt Wir hatten eine perfekte Tour! Über den Kontakt per WhatsApp (für uns auf Deutsch sehr praktisch) hat Nuria alles perfekt für uns organisiert! Es konnte individuell die Anreise besprochen werden sowie die Auswahl und Ausstattung des Zimmers in Bukit Lawang. Auch bei allen anderen Fragen durften wir uns immer melden! Zur Tour: Dion unser Guide und sein Bruder waren wirklich klasse! Er hat uns alles erklärt was man über die Tiere und die Pflanzen im Dschungel wissen muss und wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen! Er hat sich immer Zeit genommen und alles sehr gut erklärt…informativ und spaßig 🙂 Die Verpflegung (frische Früchte, Abendessen, Frühstück waren alle sehr lecker) Auch haben wir uns zu jederzeit sicher gefühlt, Dion war sehr aufmerksam! Außerdem wurde darauf geachtet den Müll wieder mitzunehmen und die Natur und Tiere respektvoll zu behandeln. Wir sind von Herzen dankbar für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

The tour was very well organized, and the guides were fantastic—friendly, experienced, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and local environment. 2D/1N Jungle Tour in Sumatra – Safe, professional and perfect for solo travelers I did the 2 days / 1 night jungle tour in Sumatra with Fair Jungle Tours, and it exceeded all my expectations. I was a solo traveling woman and booked the trip & tour very last minute, which initially made me nervous, but from the very first contact I felt completely supported and safe.Nuria and Dion were incredibly attentive, kind and professional. They helped me organize everything in advance, including the accommodation and a private airport transfer, which they highly recommend over public transport. Communication was always fast and clear. Nuria speaks Spanish (and German), which was a big plus for me, and Dion and the whole team speak perfect English.When I arrived at the airport, the driver was already waiting for me, helped me find an ATM, and drove me comfortably by private car. He also assisted me again when leaving the hotel. Tondi, the driver, is highly recommended. The guesthouse they recommended was excellent — truly a great choice. The jungle trekking experience was very well organized. Before starting, the team made sure we had everything we needed, and throughout the trek they took great care of us while sharing interesting information about the jungle, wildlife and plants.Dion and his team, especially Hafiz, are excellent wildlife spotters. Thanks to their experience, we saw orangutans, different types of monkeys, birds and other wildlife that I would never have noticed on my own, as many animals hide quietly in the dense vegetation.They take care of absolutely everything: meals, refill water and a first aid kit. The food was surprisingly abundant and delicious — fried rice with egg, breaded chicken, fresh vegetables, and plenty of fresh fruit as snacks between meals.One of the most exciting moments was when spotting animals like the funky hair monkey: the team looks after your backpacks while you follow the guide deeper into the jungle to get a better view. It truly felt like a real adventure, Indiana Jones–style. They also show you and explain meddicinal plants and tricks, which added even more value to the experience.In the evening, they made a small campfire and shared jungle experiences and cultural traditions. The trek is not very long, although it includes several ups and downs, but it is totally manageable, even if you are not in great physical shape.The day before the trekking, I also did the bat cave excursion wich was also super cool.If I could change one thing, it would be to stay longer. Next time, I would definitely choose 3 days / 2 nights, minimum.Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples and nature lovers looking for a safe, authentic and well-organized jungle experience in Sumatra.

A recommended experience, for nature and fruit lovers. It has been a great experience! We have been taught a lot of things and have had two exceptional guides! With an elf view! We've been taught: Turtles, gekos, chameleon, red longtijas even a Black/White snake impossible to identify without disturbing her and of course we have not disturbed her. Of course the view of Orangutan has been excellent! A female with her baby has been a few meters from us! definitely recommended for the following visitors.

Amazing experience Had an amazing experience doing the 4 day trek with Dian and Sandi guiding my way through the jungle. They were very knowledgeable and friendly throughout all parts of the trek. It was well organized by fair jungle with everything going smoothly. Thanks again

Unforgettable Experience My partner and I went for the 5 days 4 night trek and it was a truly memorable experience. Dion, Sandi and the other guys who made it all possible (Lele and Azad) were all amazing! We were really impressed by how well they were able to organise the camp each night and cook amazing food with ingredients from the forest! Also we really appreciated the bug net they prepared for us each night and the mats for sleeping as well (it's advisable that you bring an inflatable pillow).We walked for 1 day and a half on the river bed so I really recommend you bring extra shoes for this (the roks in the river tend to be very slippery). Since we didn't have them (we didn't know) Dion really kindly provided 2 pairs for us for 30.000 each. Unfortunately we didn't have much luck with seeing animals as we only saw them during the first day of the trek, closer to the village and with all the other tourists. A part from our bad luck with seeing wildlife (after all, it's nature) we were really happy with the experience. The booking process was also nice and smooth thanks to Nuria who answered all our questions (there were a lot) and helped us deciding what trek was best for us. What we also appreciated was being able to reserve a private trek (for an extra fee) although it's quite uncommon for people to book a 5 days trek.

5 Tage / 4 Nächte Gunung Leuser Wir (2 Personen) haben mit Fair Jungle Tours eine 5-tägige Dschungeltour im Gunung-Leuser-Nationalpark gemacht – und es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Alles war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend organisiert: Der Abholservice vom Flughafen Medan sowie der Transfer zurück ins Hotel nach dem Trek verliefen reibungslos.Unser Guide und das Küchenteam waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Essen im Dschungel war ausgezeichnet – und obwohl wir vegetarisch essen, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Früchte und Gerichte waren abwechslungsreich, frisch und liebevoll zubereitet.Das absolute Highlight war neben der beeindruckenden Tierwelt – darunter mehrere Orang-Utans – das Rafting am Ende der Tour. Wir haben viel über den Dschungel, seine Pflanzen und Tiere gelernt und uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.Fair Jungle Tours ist absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die ein authentisches, gut organisiertes und nachhaltiges Abenteuer in Sumatra suchen.

Absolutely amazing I'm very grateful for the wisdom and kindness Dion, local guide and ranger, and his family shared across all interactions. We were able to explore and see such an astonishing diversity of animals in our 3 night jungle trekking without worrying about unnecessary risks or having a negative impact on the forest and local economy.Highlights: the absolute respect for nature (collecting any found garbidge, requesting tourists to respect the animals, sharing best practices and costumes so we can also learn to coexist better, etc) and the thoughtfulness in the organisation of all details from accomodation, food, to activities and to-bring lists.Tips: bring good water filters, although it should be obvious but people forgetThank you so so much!

Tour para el recuerdo Gran experiencia en Sumatra con el equipo de Fair Jungle Tours, empezando por Nuria, con la que nos pudimos comunicar en español desde antes de la llegada y en todo momento durante el tour, estando siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y asesorarnos en cualquier cosa que iba surgiendo. También hacer mención a Dion y su hermano, nuestros guías en la jungla y en la cueva de los murciélagos, dos experiencias, sin duda, increíbles. Por último, y no menos importante, nuestro chofer Tondi, un tipo muy divertido, siempre haciendo bromas y pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. A pesar de que nuestro inglés era un poco limitado, nos pudimos comunicar con ellos sin problema, por lo que la experiencia en general fue muy buena.

Sumatra: Two-Day Jungle Tour A 100% recommended tour! Nuria and her partner are perfect organizers, they give you all the necessary information, they care about all the logistics, so you only have the mission to enjoy! The tour inside the jungle very well organized, good guides and good food. And most importantly: we got to see orangutans the two days of the tour, it was wonderful!

3 wonderful days in the jungle Many thanks to our guides for the friendly hospitality during the hikes and in the accommodations. They were able to explain a lot about Sumatra’s nature and made a lot of effort to show us orangutans, Thomas leaf monkeys and southern pig monkeys in their natural environment. It has long been a wish of mine to experience tropical rainforest with its diverse flora and fauna and it was really worth it.The tour was perfectly organized and communication during the preparation was always very fast. We were picked up on time at the airport and brought back again. Despite the difficult traffic conditions, the driver was quick and safe on the road.
